Ensure effective and consistent administration of People processes, global compliance and world class support of global employees.
Key Deliverables
Ensuring smooth HR processes, compliance, and effective support for employees. Provide world class service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Processes & Activities
HR Administration:
Efficient handling of HR administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee Onboarding:
Streamlined onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a positive and smooth experience.
Provision of necessary information and materials for new employees.
Benefits Administration:
Successful administration of employee benefits programs.
Timely communication of benefit changes and updates to employees.
Provide active support for inquiries from employees and providers.
Payment, enrollment, and participant reconciliations.
HRIS Management:
Effective utilization and management of the HR Information System (HRIS).
Data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
Compliance:
Ensuring global compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Regular audits to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
Leave Management:
Management and tracking of employee leave requests.
Ensuring compliance with leave policies and regulations.
Management of LOA vendor
Employee Relations Support:
Assistance in handling basic employee relations matters. Effectively manage and triage incoming HR tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Escalation of more complex issues to higher-level HR professionals.
Performance Management Support:
Support for performance management & compensation administration processes, including documentation and tracking.
Assistance with performance appraisal logistics.
Employee Data Reporting:
Generation of regular HR reports and analytics.
Compilation of data for HR metrics and key performance indicators.
Communication:
Effective and timely communication with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
Timely response to employee inquiries related to HR matters.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Participation in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Contribution to process improvement and efficiency projects.
Documentation and Policy Maintenance:
Maintenance of HR documentation, including policies and procedures.
Regular updates to ensure alignment with organizational needs and legal requirements.
Competencies
Solid understanding of HR processes with specific experience in, but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance and HRIS. Demonstrable competence in handling various HR tasks independently.
Education, Skills & Abilities
BA/BS degree preferred
Proficient in workplace administration tools (G-Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent communication skills including but not limited to effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees and external parties and active listening skills.
Understanding and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HR information. Adherence to ethical standards in handling employee data.
Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Accurate and meticulous in handling data and documentation. Thoroughness in completing tasks to avoid errors.
Ability to identify and address routine HR issues. Willingness to escalate complex problems to higher-level HR professionals.
Collaboration with HR team members and other departments. Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to team goals.
Flexibility in handling changing priorities and tasks.
Openness to learning new HR processes and procedures.
Understanding of fundamental HR concepts, policies, and procedures.
Awareness of labor laws and regulations.
Awareness of and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Understanding of legal compliance related to HR processes.
Excellent prioritization skills based on urgency and importance.
Ability to meet strict deadlines for HR processes and documentation.
Proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities. Willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed with a strong bias for continuous improvement.
Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and employees through professional demeanor and interpersonal effectiveness.
Ability to maintain accurate and organized employee records. Strict attention to detail in documenting HR-related information.
Ability to travel without restrictions up to 10% of the time
