About The Role

We seek a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market activities for Menlo Security’s innovative solutions. This is the ideal role for someone highly collaborative and thrives in being the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams. This means you’ll have to think on your feet, take the initiative to get things done, and bring a great attitude while doing it!

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical cybersecurity background and the ability to convert technical concepts into clear and creative value propositions.

Position Outcomes:

  • Contribute to defining the emerging Enterprise Browser segment.

  • Lead product marketing for a segment of the Menlo Security and drive market growth.

  • Produce the content that drives opportunities and competes to win.

  • Emerge as the trusted go-to individual to help the go-to-market team.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content about Menlo’s innovative product offerings that resonate with target customers and users

  • Develop marketing strategies tailored to your piece of the portfolio and that pull in other products. Execute the plan and win.

  • Launch products and drive opportunities through collaboration across teams.

  • Make sure the world knows about the latest new capabilities from Menlo.

  • Gather feedback to refine product positioning, build out messaging, and inform product development decisions & activities

  • Create sales materials and training that helps Menlo win by effectively communicating Menlo’s unique value proposition

  • Monitor performance of programs, campaigns and content, and proactively identify ways to maximize product success and market impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager preferably in cybersecurity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling messaging

  • Superior team and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Ability to think creatively and challenge the “we have always done it this way” mentality

  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs, and track record of successfully meeting business targets

  • Technical background preferred, and you must be able to write great content and build and give an excellent presentation.

  • Sales presentations

  • White papers and videos and blogs that humans will want to read.

Our Compensation and Benefits

At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $147,000.

In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
