Partnership Revenue & Growth Executive, GTM
Location: Hybrid in NYC (3 day in-office requirement)
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or referral program management
- Demonstrated ability to own revenue outcomes — not just activity — across a partner channel
- Track record of independently hunting new partnerships while managing an active portfolio simultaneously
- Experience with mission-driven organizations — SBDCs, associations, lenders, or franchises a strong plus
- Fluent in co-sell motions and partner enablement within embedded or referral partnership models
- Strong communicator and relationship builder — effective from program managers to C-suite; operates with autonomy and high accountability
Bonus points:
- Has an existing network in SBDC, GPO, franchisor, or SMB lending communities; background in SMB fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
Referral Partner Development
- Identify, prospect, and pitch new referral partners across SMB lenders, SBDCs, GPOs, franchisors, and private SMB associations
- Own the full partner development cycle — from first outreach to signed agreement to first referral
- Develop enablement materials, training sessions, and talk tracks tailored to each partner type
- Run onboarding for new referral partners to ensure they're set up to refer effectively and confidently
Embedded Partner GTM & Co-Sell
- Drive co-sell motions with partner sales teams — pipeline generation, deal support, demo, and enablement
- Own the end-to-end partner funnel from co-sell to onboarding to activation, improving conversion and time-to-first-transaction
- Support the development of partner agreements, incentive structures, and co-branded materials
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CS to develop referral-specific campaigns and activation programs
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship owner across your full book of referral and embedded partners
- Build trust and maintain regular engagement with partner contacts at all levels — from program managers to executive sponsors
- Translate Voice of Customer and partner feedback into actionable insights across product, process, and GTM
- Prepare and deliver materials for QBRs, business reviews, monthly highlights, and recurring partner meetings
Execution, Reporting & Cross-Functional Impact
- Own partner pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue performance — report to leadership with clear, data-backed insights on a regular cadence
- Serve as the primary internal coordinator across Payments, Risk, Product, CX, and Marketing to unblock deals and resolve issues quickly
- Continuously iterate on the partner enablement playbook based on what's moving the needle — and proactively surface gaps and opportunities
About the role:
A dual-function role for a mid-senior partnerships professional who can both build and run — and owns the revenue outcomes of both. You’ll develop a new referral partner channel across SMB lenders, SBDCs, GPOs, franchisors, and private associations, while driving GTM execution across embedded partner relationships. You don’t wait for a playbook — you build it.
