We are looking for an Employer Brand Manager to join us. At Melio, our team leads the strategy and execution for Employer Branding, Employee Experience, and internal Learning initiatives. Operating across the US and Israel, we serve as the architects of Melio’s culture and reputation. We manage our global social channels, the Melio Medium blog, and our Glassdoor presence, while producing high-impact content and videos for company milestones. From hosting technical meetups and conferences to organizing local happy hours and large-scale corporate events, we ensure Melio remains a top-tier destination for talent.
This is a temp position for 10 months.
Qualification:
- Creator Portfolio: Proven ability to create video and static assets independently (please share examples/links).
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for content creation, copywriting, or design.
- Execution Mindset: High energy, ability to move fast, and manage multiple projects (events, content, strategy) simultaneously.
- Proven end-to-end experience running employer brand campaigns—from strategy and content creation to execution, optimization, and measurement
- Strong understanding of employer branding, digital channels, and social media platforms
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and creative, with a strong ownership and execution mindset
- Communication: Native-level Hebrew & proficiency in English (Written and Spoken)
A Day in a life and how you will make an impact?
- Manage our employer branding programs and meetups
- Produce and execute Melio booth presence at conferences
- Create and manage content that showcases tech initiatives, culture, people, and the employee experience
- Maintaining and operating Melio’s existing communities: MentorMe, Level Up, The Secret Product Club etc.
- Manage Melio social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Podcasts, and the Medium blog, as well as tracking Glassdoor presence.
- Create videos for company milestones and events
- Facilitate internal events like hackathons and internal learning initiatives
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring through targeted employer brand initiatives
- Organize and run onboarding days for new employees.
