MD Ally is a leading provider of telehealth solutions for public safety organizations. We are dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency medical services (EMS) and 911 systems through innovative technology. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of telehealth solutions within public safety systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of telehealth initiatives in public safety organizations, focusing on public safety systems and service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to key stakeholders and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Track and report project metrics, performance indicators, and outcomes to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of project management experience in the public safety sector, specifically in implementing EMS or 911 technology, 911 dispatch protocols, response deployment plans, or initiatives that positively impact service.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and implementing major projects within the public safety setting.
  • PMP certification (desired).
  • Bachelor's degree in public safety, Communications, Project Management, or Business (desired).
  • Experience working in highly dynamic climates (desired).
  • Strong understanding of telehealth technology and its applications in the public safety sector.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
