About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Pharmacologist to oversee and manage all clinical pharmacology activities for our lead programme, MAX001, currently in IND-enabling development. Reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer (CDO), the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for managing and coordinating all Pharmacokinetic, Immunogenicity and Bioanalytical studies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-clinical and early clinical development of biologics, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stake holders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all Clinical Pharmacology aspects for MAX001 during pre-clinical and clinical development
- Implement project specific Clinical Pharmacology strategies and present these to internal teams
- Interact with internal bioanalytical team members as well as CROs for the development, transfer and validation of PK,
- immunogenicity and selected pharmacodynamic assays
- Closely interact with other functions within the Research and Development area to optimize non-clinical and clinical development concepts
- Coordinate and prepare Clinical Pharmacology related sections in all submission relevant documents such as IB, study protocols, study reports, IND dossier documents as well as publications
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong Pharmaceutical industry experience preferentially with a background in the development of new biologic entities (NBEs)
- Expertise in Clinical Pharmacology comprising PK, PK/PD, immunogenicity and ideally DER data analysis and application of model-informed drug development
- Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage priorities, problem-solve proactively, and adapt to rapidly evolving project demands.
