Material Bank is seeking a senior technical leader and program manager to drive complex, cross platform initiatives at the core of how our business operates and scales. In this role, you will lead efforts spanning CRM platforms, billing and payments, lead and marketing engines, logistics technology, and automation. With a strong engineering or systems background, you will help shape technical direction, validate architectural decisions, and ensure teams stay aligned on shared standards, patterns, and long term technical health.

This role is designed for someone who moves seamlessly between strategy and execution. You will serve as a bridge between engineering and the business, translating company goals into clear technical constraints and scalable solutions. Owning outcomes across multiple workstreams, you will bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to initiatives that are foundational to Material Bank’s growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with the EVP of Engineering to shape technical strategy, architectural direction, and execution priorities
  • Define clear scope, objectives, and success criteria for initiatives, translating business goals into executable plans that align timelines, resources, and risks. Ensure project and program strategies remain tightly aligned with broader business priorities and long term outcomes.
  • Lead and coordinate complex, cross platform initiatives across multiple teams and systems
  • Review documentation and strategy to ensure scalability, security, reliability, and delivery in all technical decisions
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and integration challenges early, and establish best practices and quality controls to ensure reliable delivery throughout the lifecycle.
  • Influence and execute on technology choices and patterns to ensure consistency across projects
  • Align stakeholders across engineering, product, operations, and business teams
  • Track progress against outcomes and impact, not just timelines and milestones

What You'll Bring

  • 7-10 years of experience with a strong technical background in software engineering, systems architecture, or platform engineering
  • Experience owning complex, cross team or cross platform initiatives with long term impact
  • Comfort shaping architectural direction without needing to be the sole decision maker
  • Ability to operate as a technical and operational generalist across multiple domains
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as CRMs, billing or payments platforms, lead or marketing technologies, logistics or fulfillment systems, and automation tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical and non technical stakeholders
  • Sound technical judgment and the ability to make and explain tradeoffs clearly
