About Luminai

Nearly every organization in the world relies on complex manual work to carry out critical internal processes. These are processes that keep the world going — enrolling patients in a hospital, underwriting loans inside a bank, or processing new transactions for an airline. Yet most companies don’t have enough resources to properly automate these tasks and are stuck in manual, decades old way of doing things.

At Luminai, we develop technology to automate long-form organization wide workflows of any complexity easily and safely using AI. Luminai serves some of the world’s most critical organizations in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, and Telecommunication to delegate mission-critical workflows that previously required hands-on human involvement, over to autonomous AI systems. Our approach combines frontier AI development, with a purpose built workflow execution engine to achieve this goal.

We've raised significant amounts of capital (including some un-announced) from many of the best Silicon Valley VCs: General Catalyst, YCombinator, and investors including Kevin Weil (Chief Product Officer at OpenAI), Arash Ferdowsi (co-founder of Dropbox), Katie Stanton (former VP Global Media, Twitter) and CEOs of companies including Flexport, Notion, Front, Ramp and Twitch.

The Role

As Commercial Operations Lead, you'll work directly with our CEO and Head of Sales to drive critical GTM initiatives that directly impact our 2026 revenue and pipeline goals. This is a high-leverage position where you'll own key outcomes for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Outreach & Campaigns

• Own the operational execution of major company moments—product launches, partnership announcements, customer case studies

• Identify creative, non-obvious ways to create pipeline through events, content, and community

• Ideate and execute on customer conferences, taking the idea 0→1 and then building a playbook on it

Customer Intelligence & Deal Support

• Conduct deep research on target accounts before key sales conversations—org structure, strategic priorities, competitive landscape, decision-makers

• Create compelling, customized materials that arm sales with insights and differentiation

• Support strategic deal cycles with research, analysis, and coordination GTM Operations

• Build scalable processes and playbooks that allow the commercial team to move faster

• Introduce new tooling and agents, creating leverage through technology

• Track and report on key GTM metrics; surface insights that drive decisions

• Be the connective tissue between sales, marketing, product, and leadership—ensuring alignment and smooth execution

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & ops, management consulting, or a generalist role at a high-growth startup

Commercial orientation: you understand how businesses make money, think about pipeline and revenue, and have a natural inclination toward customer-facing work

Execution over strategy: you'd rather get something done than talk about it. You're resourceful, scrappy, and relentlessly practical

Ownership mentality: you don't wait to be told what to do. Given an objective, you figure out the path and execute—adapting as you learn

Strong communication: you can coordinate across teams, manage external partners, and communicate clearly with executives

Analytical capability: you're comfortable in spreadsheets and can turn data into insights. Bonus if you have SQL or similar skills

Thrives in ambiguity: you're energized by fast-moving environments where priorities shift and you need to figure things out on the fly

Nice to Have

• Experience at a Series A - C B2B startup, particularly in enterprise software

• Background in consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar)

• Exposure to and interest in healthcare

Why This Role

High impact: You'll directly shape how we build pipeline and scale revenue. Your work will be visible at the highest levels of the company

Learning & growth: Work alongside experienced operators and executives. This is a launchpad for future leadership roles in GTM, strategy, or general management

Ownership & autonomy: We trust people to own outcomes. You'll have the freedom to run your initiatives and the support to succeed

Mission that matters: Healthcare is broken. We're building AI that makes it work. Every deal we close means better patient outcomes.
