🔍 The Opportunity:

Having quickly grown to be the UK’s no. 1 care marketplace and operating software, Lottie is looking to hire an ambitious and hands-on Strategy & Finance Manager. You will report directly to Lottie’s Finance Director and will be given high autonomy to build out a Strategy & Finance function from the ground up.

💻 What does this role involve?

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing clear and actionable insights that shape strategic and commercial decisions.

  • Business Partnering: Become the trusted finance partner to department heads, particularly the Chief Revenue Officer. Support investment decisions, preparation for board meetings, new market analysis and unit economics optimisation.

  • Commercial & Unit Economics: Lead analysis on pricing, customer economics and cost optimisation initiatives across the business

💪 What problems will you be solving?

  • Creating a Best-in-Class Strategic Finance: Play a key role in building out the function, including designing the tech stack from scratch and improving the planning cycles.

  • Business Partnering Transformation: Define how finance supports and challenges the wider business.

  • Decision Frameworks: Create the models and narratives that actually drive how leadership evaluates opportunities and performance.

  • Scaling Reporting & Insights: Build the dashboards and analytical infrastructure needed as we scale.

  • Amongst many others!

👀 We think you’ll be a great fit if you…

  • Have 4-5 years experience, ideally with a combination of strategy consulting and an in-house strategic finance role at a high-growth company.

  • Display strong analytical and modelling skills with the ability to confidently present insights to senior leadership and investors.

  • Demonstrate strong business partnering skills, with the ability to challenge department heads and earn their trust.

  • Value autonomy, with the ability to drive impactful improvements independently.

  • Confident in data analysis (SQL, building out dashboards, etc.)

Sound like you but not quite 100%? Apply anyway - we're looking for potential and passion, not perfect CV match

💔 This role isn’t for you if you…

  • Aren’t passionate about elevating later life for everybody – our mission is at the heart of everything we do.

  • Prefer a highly structured environment with pre-defined solutions; we thrive on autonomy and proactive problem-solving.

  • Aren’t comfortable handling large data sets and using data to drive actionable insights

  • Don’t enjoy collaborating closely with other teams like Commercial, Marketing and Data Analytics
