🌍 Office Location: London Bridge, London, UK
🔍 The Opportunity:
Effective use of data is at the core of the transformation currently underway in the care sector, and we’re looking for someone to play an integral role
We're looking for a commercially-minded Data Analyst to join our analytics team and partner directly with our Commercial, Finance, and Product teams. This role offers exceptional breadth and autonomy: you'll help shape strategy with leadership, drive partner acquisition, support board reporting, and unlock insights from our rapidly-evolving platform. With ambitious growth targets and a lean team, you'll define how Lottie creates value from its unique data asset.
💻 What does this role involve?
The ‘full-stack’ of data analytics tasks: building data pipelines, dashboards and reports, experimentation, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Collaborating very closely with colleagues in Commercial, Product & Finance (these are the primary stakeholders of this particular role) to drive strategic decision making.
Writing clean, efficient, well documented SQL at a fast pace.
Experimenting with AI tools and integrations to enhance quality and internal productivity.
Contributing to a culture of curiosity and helping everyone at Lottie to better understand the business.
💪 What problems will you be solving?
Driving commercial growth through data - As we ship rapidly, you'll harness data in BigQuery to identify acquisition opportunities, build compelling analyses in Hex that demonstrate platform value, and train team members to use Metabase to self-serve repeatedly.
Unlocking product intelligence - Working across our modern analytics stack, you'll uncover how care providers interact with our platform, using experiments and analytics techniques to understand cause and effect, and play a key role in communicating Found's value proposition across the business.
Enabling financial excellence and board-level insights - You'll work with Finance to optimize processes, ensure accuracy, and support critical board reporting.
Building data products that ship fast - You'll own the full lifecycle of data products: from abstract stakeholder requirements to polished workflows, datasets, and dashboards.
Multiplying your impact with AI - You'll utilise AI tools extremely heavily throughout your work, finding innovative ways to accelerate analysis, generate insights faster, and deliver more value. We're excited about candidates who see AI as a force multiplier for analytical work!
👀 We think you’ll be a great fit if…
You're technically strong and move fast - You have ~4 years of data analytics experience with advanced SQL proficiency. You can write complex queries, build clean data models at pace, and aren't intimidated by large datasets or technical challenges.
You're commercially-minded, not just technically-minded - You have a natural ability to understand business context and identify opportunities that drive action. You don't just answer questions - you probe deeper, challenge assumptions, and deliver insights that genuinely move the needle on commercial outcomes.
You're an exceptional problem-solver - You have a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills (this matters more to us than specific industry experience). You thrive on ambiguity, breaking down abstract requirements into actionable solutions with wide freedom in your approach.
You're a compelling communicator - You have proven experience influencing diverse stakeholders from technical teams to non-technical commercial leaders. You can translate complex analyses into clear narratives and know how to tailor your message for maximum impact.
You're analytically rigorous - You can demonstrate numerical and statistical aptitude through work, studies, or outside-work projects. You know when to apply different analytical approaches and can explain your methodology clearly.
You're excited by AI's potential - You actively use AI tools to enhance your analytical workflows and productivity, constantly exploring new ways to work faster and deliver more value.
💔 This role isn’t for you if…
Our mission to elevate later life care doesn’t resonate with you.
You prefer working in isolation rather than as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer detailed specifications over problem-solving from first principles.
You haven't embraced AI tools in your work or aren't curious about AI's potential.
You prioritise perfect work over impact.
You're looking for a role where you can specialise in a specific area.
