🔍 The Opportunity:
Having quickly grown to be the UK’s no. 1 care marketplace and operating software, Lottie is looking to hire an ambitious and hands-on Finance Manager. You will report directly to Lottie’s Finance Director- and will be given high autonomy to lead a best-in-class monthly close and reporting process, through solid controls and efficient processes.
💻 What does this role involve?
- Financial Operations & Reporting: Drive monthly close processes and management reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness as we scale
- Process Excellence & Controls: Proactively identifying problems and opportunities to standardise and improve processes, embedding a culture of controls within the team.
- Compliance: Lead statutory year-end accounts preparations and regulatory filings.
- Payroll & Expense Management: Oversee payroll operations and employee expense management, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Strategic Finance Support: Playing a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process, including adhoc projects to support business decisions.

- Are qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent.
- Have proven experience in a similar role, applying accounting standards in fast-paced operational environments.
- Are a self-starter and proactive in getting things done with a high level of attention to detail.

- Demonstrate strong organisational and prioritisation skills, even when under pressure.

- Technical assessment interview with Hiring Manager and one member of Lottie’s Senior Management Team.
- Final interview with Will Donnelly (Lottie’s Co-Founder & CEO).
