About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving people practices and building a strong employee experience at Loop. You will partner closely with business leaders and employees to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and people strategy initiatives while fostering a positive and high-performance culture.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee documentation, engagement initiatives, performance management, and exit formalities.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
  • Drive performance appraisal cycles and support managers in performance conversations and development planning.
  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, policies, and processes while maintaining compliance and process efficiency.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, helping resolve people-related concerns in a calm and professional manner.
  • Work closely with leadership in a fast-paced startup environment and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage HR data, reports, and employee records through HRMS platforms like Keka.
  • Contribute to creating and sustaining a collaborative, employee-centric, and growth-oriented workplace culture.


What we are looking for:

  • MBA / Post Graduate degree in HR or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HRBP / Generalist roles.
  • Experience managing HR operations for an employee base of 500+ employees.
  • Strong exposure to startup environments with the ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced setups.
  • Hands-on experience across onboarding, employee engagement, appraisals, HR operations, employee relations, and exit management.
  • Experience partnering with business leaders on people and HR strategy initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, preferably Keka.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Someone who is calm, composed, approachable, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and execution skills with attention to detail.
