We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Analyst Intern to support data reconciliation and vendor invoicing within the diagnostics team. The role involves working with multiple datasets, validating records, and ensuring accurate vendor payouts. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in analytics or finance operations while gaining practical, hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile data across internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Validate vendor invoices against internal records and flag discrepancies.

• Support timely and accurate vendor payouts.

• Maintain trackers and assist with basic reporting.

• Investigate data mismatches and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution.

Must Have Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, basic analysis).

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data.

• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and stay organized.

• Good communication skills.

This is a 6-month internship offering exposure to financial and operational processes. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role based on business requirements.
