Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Pricing Data & Operations to lead a high-impact team responsible for running large-scale, transactional revenue workflows. You will own the end-to-end data pipeline that converts commercial inputs into clean, accurate, and timely revenue outcomes across internal systems and external partners. This role combines people leadership, data operations, SLA ownership, and automation in a high volume environment.
What You’ll Own
● Lead and scale a team of 15+ operations and data specialists running revenue-critical workflows.
● Own end-to-end data flow across commercial inputs → internal processing → external partner submission → final execution / booking.
● Define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and audit checks.
● Manage daily transaction volumes, backlogs, and SLAs.
● Solve for edge cases: data corrections, mid-cycle changes, reprocessing, escalations.
● Partner closely with Product & Engineering to automate manual workflows and build/improve internal tools.
● Build and own dashboards to track execution velocity, error rates, SLA adherence, and external partner performance.
● Act as the final accountability owner for accuracy and timeliness of revenue-critical data leaving the system.
What You Bring
● 8-12 years of experience in managing large-scale and high-volume data operations.
● 4+ years of experience managing and scaling ops/analyst teams.
● Deep comfort with defining and managing time-critical SLAs.
● Expertise in Excel/SQL for data cleaning, validation, and transformation.
● Proven track record of reducing operational error rates, improving TATs, and scaling teams without sacrificing quality.
● Extreme attention to detail with high process discipline.
● Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-velocity ops environments.
● Prior experience in fintech, payments, insur-tech, or technology led businesses is highly preferred.
