About the Role:
At Loop, we’re rethinking healthcare to empower people to live longer, healthier lives. Our design team is looking for a product designer to help craft the next set of products and interfaces in healthcare and insurance.
What you will be doing
  • Work with the product, research and engineering teams, crafting UX experiences at the intersection of Healthcare and Insurance.
  • Work on a variety of mobile and web products in the Loop ecosystem - Loop App, onboarding modules, B2B interfaces as well as tools for efficient ops.
  • Work with the heads of design and product team to help shape Loop’s product roadmap and UX strategy, and contributing new ideas to the roadmap
  • Unlock design-driven innovation by facilitating rapid iterations of hypothesising, prototyping and testing.
  • Helping define the next chapter in consumer healthcare and insurance for India, designing for a wide range of users - across ages, geographies and industries.
  • Advancing UI and visual design at Loop, using the Loop brand language.
What we are looking for
  • Someone who can solve for complexity at scale - challenges that arise from a variety of stakeholders and interconnected processes.
  • 3+ years of experience designing software products (including few working on consumer products)
  • Experience or interest in building different interfaces - build efficiency and automation first B2B tools for insurance, as well as UI rich consumer app products for the Loop app.
  • A PM and researcher mindset in planning, scoping and designing, Solid grasp over UX research and service design, problem-solving, interaction, interface and visual design
  • An open mind to iterative and incremental design - gradual, yet eventually transformative changes to healthcare and insurance journeys for our users.
  • Ability to move between, AI rapid prototyping and testing and user journey mapping.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with strong project and time management skills
  • Well educated in design, regardless of whether you went to design school or not
  • Strong rapid prototyping skills using a variety of tools: Figma, Origami, SwiftUI, ProtoPie, etc.
  • Prior healthcare experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of motion, (vibe) coding and advanced GenAI tools is a plus
