What you'll do

• Collect and clean data received by the pricing team to make them actionable
• Create and manage document creation processes that drive efficiency in gathering timely competitive and highly negotiated quotes from our insurance partners
• Understand and track metrics related to quote generation, policy slip collection and other TATs
• Be responsible for knowledge management and dissemination, sharing placement insights and best practices with teammates
• Interact with the Sales team, help them analyze claims, policies, negotiate better quotes from insurers, enable sales teams to close deals faster and easier
• Suggest and execute continuous improvement in processes across levels

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of experience as an analyst
• Deep proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver top-quality work
