Logz.io is building the most advanced observability SaaS platform in the market, from popular, cutting-edge, open-source technologies. We’re seeking a highly motivated Frond End Developer to help us build our product. An engineer that can turn ideas into a valuable working product, has experience with client-side and backend frameworks, possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and has a sense for great user experience.
This is a hybrid position, 3 days working from the office.
Responsibilities:
- Taking an idea and developing it into a fully working feature with a rich UI and great UX.
- Develop clean, simple, maintainable, and efficient code while following industry best practices and code conventions.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to build and maintain web-based software applications using React and Node.js.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of the product.
- Identify and address performance issues and bottlenecks in the application.
- Deploy regularly and maintain applications in a production environment.
- Working as a team member, helping the team respond quickly to business or product needs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in building web applications.
- Expertise in JavaScript, deep understanding of TypeScript, and asynchronous programming.
- React Mastery, the React library, including component design, hooks, and patterns.
- HTML, strong command of HTML elements, tags, and browser API.
- CSS, familiarity with style frameworks, such as SASS, Styled Components, and the ability to craft visually appealing designs.
- Code design excellence, with a passion for clean and maintainable code. Understand design principles and patterns.
- Familiarity with Node.js server-side architecture and development.
- Backend API integration into frontend applications, ensuring a cohesive and efficient user experience.
- Strong technical orientation, you’ve invested in mastering your tools and environment, and it shows in the way you work.
- Team collaboration, You're not just a coder; you're a team player. with strong communication skills, collaborative spirit, and willingness to learn from others and to share knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and a high level of English.
- Self-learner, ability to work under pressure, and curiosity.
Advantages:
- B.S.c./B.A. in computer science or equivalent army training.
- Experience writing tests and code using TDD methods.
