Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and implement digital strategies that convert technical audiences into qualified opportunities.
- Lead Digital Optimization: Transform our website into a conversion machine while implementing sophisticated SEO strategies to capture high-intent traffic.
- Manage Marketing Technology: Direct our Marketo operations specialist and optimize our marketing tech stack to ensure seamless lead management from first touch to closed deal.
- Optimize Multi-Channel Strategy: Develop and execute efficient digital advertising strategies across search, display, and social channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI and targeting high-intent technical audiences.
- Build Social Media Presence: Create strategies to grow our technical community through organic and paid social media, with particular emphasis on platforms where developers congregate.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Lead website development, marketing operations, field marketing, and content teams to execute cohesive campaigns.
- Implement Modern Growth Tactics: Apply cutting-edge demand generation approaches from the developer tools space, including video content and YouTube strategies to engage technical audiences.
What You Bring:
- Pipeline Generation Track Record: Proven ability to build and scale programs that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results in B2B SaaS.
- Developer Marketing Expertise: Experience successfully marketing to technical audiences, particularly in infrastructure, observability, or developer tools.
- Digital Marketing Mastery: Deep knowledge of website optimization, technical SEO, and digital campaign strategies that drive conversion.
- Digital Advertising Experience: Strong background in developing and optimizing paid search, display, and social media campaigns with a focus on efficiency and ROI rather than just awareness.
- Marketing Operations Knowledge: Experience managing marketing operations teams and optimizing tools like Marketo for lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Growth Mindset: Experience implementing rapid experimentation frameworks and scaling successful tactics across channels.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to coordinate across marketing functions and collaborate closely with product marketing and sales teams.
- 8+ years of B2B Marketing Experience: With significant time in SaaS and developer-focused products.
