At Logz.io, we're seeking a dynamic IT Manager to manage our IT Domain. You'll be the go-to person for all things tech, ensuring our team stays connected, secure, and ahead of the game.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage all internal and external IT systems, assets, and support with a hands-on approach.
  • Lead IT operations in Mac/Windows, Gsuite/OneLogin environments.
  • Serve as the company’s Global IT help desk, providing top-notch employee support.
  • Collaborate with vendors to procure, install, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Support and enhance our network infrastructure.
  • Drive automation and innovation to streamline IT processes.
  • Research and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies.
  • Partner with the engineering team to deploy security systems and controls.

What we're looking for:

  • A creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a “can-do” attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proven experience leading cross-departmental IT projects and rolling out new systems.
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Specialist in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience.
  • Expertise in Mac/Windows, Gsuite/OneLogin environments – this is a must!
  • Hands-on experience with: (1) Managing and operating network equipment, switches, and firewalls. (2) Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Macs. (3) Managing SaaS applications and cloud/on-prem backup solutions.
  • Knowledge of antivirus solutions and IT security best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
