🙌 About The Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join us in our mission to build a borderless world.
As a Product Designer at Localyze, your main responsibility will be to design and enhance our platform to provide the best user experience for all of our customers and users. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, create user flows, and design intuitive interfaces.
💪 What You’ll Do
- Design and improve Localyze's platform to create the best possible user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and design intuitive interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, and visual designs to communicate concepts and ideas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Partner with engineers to design and implement high-quality and accessible design system components and patterns
- Iteratively improve designs based on user feedback and business goals
🌟 What We’re Looking For
You need:
- A portfolio showcasing your user-centric design approach and strong visual design skills
- 3+ years of experience in product or user experience design
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design decisions
- Experience with user research and usability testing
Ideally, you should also have:
- Experience in designing for B2B SaaS platforms
- Experience in building and updating design systems in Figma
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Enjoy solving complex design problems and creating intuitive interfaces
- Are passionate about user-centered design and design thinking
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
