🙌 About the role
We're looking for a talented and passionate Brand Designer with experience across a multitude of channels, including (but not limited to) web, brand, editorial, events, sales collateral and social. As a member of our small but mighty team and the only Brand Designer, you'll have the ability to make a big impact in the way we tell our story to the world. You’ll work collaboratively with various team members from brand, demand generation, digital marketing, events, product, sales and more. And, ensure brand consistency across our touchpoints. This role reports to our Brand & Comms Manager who reports into the Growth, marketing team.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Tackle a broad range of design challenges across all of our communication touch points, including our campaigns, website, email, social channels (paid & organic), editorial and content, presentations, collateral and more.
- Help us communicate to our prospects and customers through visual storytelling.
- Create beautiful assets, visuals, and illustrations for social and marketing projects.
- Roll up your sleeves and get involved, collaborate with the rest of the team, including GTM, Product, Sales, CX, and more!
- Contribute to evolving our visual brand identity systems and guidelines.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- You have 1-3 years of design experience, including strong fundamentals across visual/graphic design, web, branding, content, collateral and B2B marketing.
- You have a natural eye for color, typography and layout, and love creating visuals that tell a compelling story with a portfolio to show for it.
- You're passionate about what you do, and are dedicated to delivering the highest level of quality in everything you create.
- You're able to stay on top of current design trends and best practices, but also know when to venture off and break the mold.
- You have a strong attention to detail and focus on the small delights for telling a story.
- You're a self-starter and excellent communicator, able to thrive in a fast-paced, global remote working environment.
- You can be scrappy and versatile when needed, able to wear many hats and work outside of your comfort zone.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Bonus points if you have motion design, video editing, or copywriting skills.
