🗣️ About The Role
Join our mission to make the world a smaller place, one seamless relocation at a time. As a Dutch-speaking Global Mobility Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for international talents, providing them with the support they need to navigate the intricacies of immigration. You're not just answering questions; you're easing their anxieties and championing their journey towards a new life. Your main objective is to make immigration and relocation processes to The Netherlands as smooth as possible, while building our expertise in the Dutch market.
To succeed, you'll need exceptional organisational skills, the ability to stay cool under pressure, and the readiness to embrace a challenge. 🎯 What You’ll Do
- Field inquiries from international talents and serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing their questions about visa processes, residence permits, paperwork, and more via chat through our platform and internal communication tools.
- Manage relocation cases from initiation to completion, including document preparation, application form completion, appointment scheduling at local immigration offices, and submission via designated governmental tools, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with authorities, coordinating appointments and expediting processes.
- Keep our customers informed about the progress of their cases.
- Take ownership of all Dutch immigration and relocation-related projects, including building and maintaining processes, workflows, and guidelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest news and legislation related to immigration, contributing to the continuous development of our knowledge base.
- Use your platform experience to collaborate with the product team in developing new and impactful features.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to support our commercial expansion efforts.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in Dutch immigration, particularly with visa and residence permit applications (especially EU Blue Card & HSM permit), familiarity with the IND Business Portal, and expertise in employer applications for recognised sponsor status.
- Excellent Dutch and English communication skills with a passion for engaging with people.
- Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus!
- Previous experience assisting clients in relocating to The Netherlands, demonstrating empathy for their challenges.
- Ability to work independently, coupled with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Experience working remotely in an international and multicultural environment.
- A positive attitude in stressful situations, adept at handling multiple requests with patience.
