🙌 About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the UK & Ireland markets to assist us in generating a valuable pipeline. As a vital member of our expanding sales team, you will have the opportunity to craft exciting and innovative approaches to connect and engage with prospects. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about discovering the latest strategies to enhance outbound conversion rates and is eager to make a tangible impact.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with potential customers in the UK & Ireland region using outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Lead Segmentation: Skillfully segment and enrich new leads, ensuring seamless integration into our CRM system.
  • Targeted Campaigns: Create engaging drip campaigns, tailored mailings, and account-based marketing strategies for larger accounts.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification calls to assess prospect readiness and efficiently schedule engaging product demonstrations.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities and identify untapped avenues for growth in the market.
  • Meeting Coordination: Facilitate meetings and calls between potential customers and our sales team to foster seamless communication and progress.
  • Sales Strategy Contributions: Actively participate in refining our sales process and strategy, elevating team performance and achieving sustainable success.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to generating leads and driving sales success.
  • Continuous Development: Dedicate to ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to exceed sales targets.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • 6 - 12 months of experience: You bring experience as an SDR or Account Executive, demonstrating outstanding conversion rates in selling (B2B) software products to the UK & Ireland markets.
  • Exceptional English Communication Skills: Your excellent command of the English language enables you to articulate ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Empathy & Adaptability: You have experience in selling to diverse customer groups, demonstrating the empathy needed to sell effectively into HR departments.
  • Customisation Prowess: You can communicate effectively, tailoring your approach to meet our customers' demands and identifying potential product customisations to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Process-Optimisation: Your keen sense for automating recurring tasks bolsters sales efficiency, underlining your process-oriented approach.
  • Creative Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: You bring a track record of creative problem-solving, backed by strong analytical skills, enabling you to navigate complex challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Grit & Growth Mindset: You're eager to grow, learn, and share knowledge. You're gritty, hungry, driven, sales-minded, and have a hunter mentality.
