Summary of Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team at Teladoc Health in Argentina. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Workday HCM platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance system configuration, drive adoption of new functionalities, and lead recurring HR programs such as performance reviews, open enrollment, and compensation cycles.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a domain expert with deep hands-on configuration experience in Workday.
- Identify and implement process improvements by rethinking existing configurations.
- Stay current on Workday enhancements and ensure successful deployment of biannual releases.
- Drive efficiencies that reduce administrative burden for end users.
- Lead end-to-end project management for Workday-related initiatives: requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Act as a strategic consultant to business partners and end users, solving system-related challenges.
- Serve as the escalation point for Workday process or configuration issues.
- Provide production support including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Maintain and update self-service user guides; deliver training to internal teams.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and Operations to ensure SOX compliance and data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an HRIS role.
- Strong understanding of core compensation, position configuration, and business processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR processes.
- Prior experience in HR functions such as HRBP or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven ability to support multiple projects in agile environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Analytical thinker with a passion for improving HR technology and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday integrations and/or Workday reporting.
- Workday certifications in relevant modules.
