Summary of Position

People Ops Associate is a critical role to the People & Culture team effectiveness. This candidate brings the HR support model by establishing a high quality, service-driven HR operations function. The Associate is responsible for improving HR operations, transactional processes, and establishing best practices to ensure HR operations are running smoothly and efficiently. The candidate must demonstrate a customer centric attitude, a sense of urgency, and thrive in an innovative, faced paced environment.

The candidate is responsible for the operational delivery across a broad range of employee life-cycle experiences such as onboarding, employee self-service assisted support, performance and development rewards, talent movement and off boarding. As the catalyst for People Ops the candidate will assist in the Human Capital Management solution strategy with the global launch of our new HR Core Solution. People Ops team holds the key accountability for HR privacy, risk and compliance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review and maintain onboarding materials (forms, policies, documentation) in digital personnel files.

  • Collect and verify I-9 documentation and complete E-Verify within required timeframes.

  • Enter and update employee data in HRIS systems; resolve discrepancies.

  • Support transactional processes for hires, rehires, interns, contractors, and exits.

  • Audit HRIS processes to ensure compliance, data integrity, and efficiency.

  • Partner with IT for smooth onboarding/offboarding.

  • Maintain process documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide high-quality, consistent service to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 1+ years’ experience in HR operations or shared services within a fast-paced, tech environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Drive, SharePoint.

  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Solid knowledge of HR operations principles and practices.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with urgency and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP).

  • Strong experience in data analysis across multiple sources.

  • Growth mindset and continuous learning orientation.
