Summary of Position

This role will operate the nerve center of Member Operations, where information is processed, analyzed, and disseminated for effective decision-making and operational coordination.

For success in this role, data monitoring, data analysis & investigation, and data synthesis skills are essential. Effective organizational and communication skills (verbal & written) are equally important. The ideal candidate will be comfortable collecting and analyzing large amounts of data and be well-versed in using data to “tell a story” of performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and Surveillance: Continuously monitor and survey various data sources, systems, and processes. Keep a close eye on real-time information and indicators to maintain situational awareness and identify any potential issues or threats.
  • Data Analysis and Decision Support: Analyze incoming data, assess its significance, & provide actionable insights to decision makers. Use expertise and knowledge to interpret complex information, identify trends or patterns, and offer recommendations to support decision making processes.
  • Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective coordination and communication among different stakeholders. Act as a central point of contact and relay information between field agents, supervisors, managers, and senior leadership.
  • Incident Management: Coordinate resources, track incident progression, and communicate critical information to support effective response efforts. Ensure necessary measures are taken to mitigate risks and minimize incident impact.
  • System and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of command center systems, equipment, and software. Conduct regular checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs/upgrades to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Training and Documentation: Train command center personnel, develop standard operating procedures, and document protocols. Ensure all staff members are well-trained in command center operations, data analysis techniques, and process & procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, business consulting, project or process management, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years advanced training and/or experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, and/or other data analysis and reporting software
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Knowledge and skills in data synthesis, root cause analysis, trend monitoring, anomaly identification, and risk mitigation
  • An ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely and develop recommendations independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Project management certification a plus
  • Six Sigma certification a plus
  • An Ability to be objective and analytical in reviewing all types of business and systems data
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and after hours, as required

The base salary range for this position is $73,000 - $80,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
