Summary of Position
Under the general direction of the Business Operations Manager, the Fleet Inventory Coordinator will provide day-to-day operational support for key business operations such as the sales order lifecycle, returns management, and field inventory management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serial Number Tracking.
Interface directly with CRM and ERP to maintain accurate field inventory position.
Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
Coordinate, assist, and review approved requests for lease returns, End of Life returns, technical swaps, and repair orders.
Track status of open RMAs and ensure all RMAs are closed, inventory received, etc.
Collect, review, and file all pertinent documentation needed to complete the physical inventory process.
Manage Evaluation orders and returns/deactivations.
Process approved requests for Evaluation.
Track status of active Evaluations.
Coordinate return/deactivation of Evaluation inventory.
Ensure all Evaluations are accounted for and resolved appropriately.
Demonstration (demos).
Assist with the coordination of demo units.
Work cross functionally with other departments to act as point of contact to field personnel and customers for shipping/receiving related inquiries such as relocations.
Complete other projects/responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Expected for Position
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required (equivalent relevant work experience may be substituted).
2+ years of work experience in a related field.
Superior organization skills and detail-oriented.
Ability to organize and manage large amounts of data.
Ability to efficiently multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision.
Excellent interpersonal, time management skills and strong team player.
Learner’s mindset with proven ability to be highly self-directed, adaptable, and up for feedback and implementation in a fast paced, always changing environment.
Disciplined record keeping in CRM and ERP systems (salesforce.com and Great Plains experience is preferred).
Polished written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address different levels across the organization.
The below qualifications, knowledge, experience, and/or background are expected but not required for this role.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with Analytic tools like Tableau or Power BI
