Summary of Position
At Teladoc Health, we deliver product innovation and marketing in the age of next-generation digital healthcare. Within Teladoc Health B2B Marketing, we foster awareness, build preference, create demand, and enable sales with targeted buyers and influencers.
In your role as Partner Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for the success of marketing programs that drive demand through our channel and ecosystem partners – including platform aggregators, point-solution digital health vendors and Teladoc Health subsidiaries. As part of the Employer and Channel Partner marketing team, you’ll recommend and execute marketing initiatives that enable partner sales teams, enhance brand presence and foster the growth of these key partner relationships.
You will be responsible for go-to-market strategies that maximize growth through partner relationships. Through a mix of awareness, demand gen and sales enablement programming, you will influence the market’s perception of Teladoc Health’s distinct value proposition through the lens of our partner relationships including commercial and product partnerships.
Core competencies to ensure success in this role include:
- B2B marketing experience - ideally healthcare or another complex B2B environment
- B2B partner marketing experience
- Strategic mindset and ability to develop B2B marketing plans - with willingness to execute
- Understanding of healthcare market dynamics and/or B2B buyer dynamics
- Clear and confident communication with sales teams and executives
- Intellectual curiosity to see new possibilities, and creatively problem solve
- Flexible mindset and enjoy a fast-paced environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support development of and execute emerging partner marketing program
- Collaborate with strategic partnership team and solutions marketing on key elements of go-to-market activation
- Create short form written content for use in email, web and sales assets (pitch decks, sell sheets) as needed
- Collaborate with marketing content, solutions and creative teams to create and manage co-branded sales assets to include flyers, PPT, web page and email content
- Establish best practice model of support to launch and onboard new partners
- Identify new opportunities to drive growth and collaborate with partners using all elements of our marketing mix (events, webinars, campaigns, thought leadership, sales enablement)
- Partner with segment marketing leads on digital marketing campaigns, and virtual and in-person events, designed to reach buyers (employers and health plans) and influencers (benefit consultants and brokers)
- Track partner marketing performance, provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partner contacts
- Contribute in meaningful way to help lead special cross-marketing initiatives as needed

Qualifications Expected for Position
- 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare and/or focused on channel partner marketing
- Exceptional aptitude to articulate a strategic marketing program based on cross-functional inputs and drive appropriate stakeholder alignment
- Highly collaborative team player with demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed marketing/communications environment
- Flexibility and energy to confidently adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Confidence, professionalism, and diplomacy with business partners when developing, communicating, and executing marketing strategy and aligning expectations
- Experience working with internal and external creative vendor partners
- A self-starter with a can-do/entrepreneurial, impact-driven, and accountable mindset
- Strong communication skills that facilitate clear and effective information sharing
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism
The base salary range for this position is $85,000- $95,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
