  • Drive operational excellence through automation, performance monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Build self-service tools to increase developer productivity and deployment consistency.

  • Work with cloud services (preferably AWS or Azure) to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure services.

  • Ensure secure coding practices and infrastructure hardening are part of the daily workflow.

  • Document systems, processes, and best practices for internal use and training.

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native application deployment.

  • Strong knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD pipelines, Terraform/Terragrunt, and Git-based workflows and Helm tools.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure

  • Knowledge in monitoring/logging solutions like OpenTelemetry/Grafana and ElasticSearch/Kibana

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with distributed teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or CloudBees.

  • Experience developing microservices and REST APIs in .NET Core.

  • Exposure to security best practices in both development and infrastructure.
