Summary of Position

The Client Executive is responsible for all strategic and functional management of client relationship(s). Develops executive level relationships with employer accounts and Telehealth, Product, Clinical, Sales, and Account teams. Leads successful implementation, servicing, utilization support, and upselling. Drives business partner solutions, product strategy, and revenue growth.

Employs consultative and strategic account leadership. Develops retention strategies, including contract renewal, product expansion, and new market development. Responsible for measuring and relaying impact and value, including ROI, cost avoidance, population health management, and member wellness. Responsible for client satisfaction. Mobilizes and motivates company internal resources to resolve client issues, streamline processes, and maximize profit. Works closely with Marketing leadership to drive utilization within various Lines of Business within the employer organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all client touchpoints, including renewals, upsells, fee negotiations, and retention targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with client stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Conduct regular remote and on-site meetings to review account performance, communicate value, and address issues.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and strategic planning across internal departments like Finance, Product, Legal, and IT.
  • Develop deep knowledge of clients’ organizational goals, structure, services, and markets.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities through product integration, upselling, and marketing strategies.
  • Align client goals with Teladoc Health strategies and develop customized client success plans.
  • Track and improve client satisfaction and performance through key performance metrics and feedback discussions.
  • Prepare and present reporting, dashboards, and forecasts using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and BI tools.
  • Support client reference, speaker, and media engagement opportunities through relationship building.
  • Ensure professional and prompt resolution of client issues to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely activity tracking and opportunity management in Salesforce.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and composure in handling changing priorities and ambiguity.
  • Contribute to team success through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
  • Continuously develop expertise in Teladoc Health’s offerings, market trends, and strategic account management.

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Up to 25% travel required

The base salary range for this position is $95,000- $120,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
