Summary of Position
As a key member of the Sales Operations team, the Sales Operations Analyst plays an integral role in supporting the Commercial Team’s success. This position is responsible for assisting sales representatives with managing accounts, opportunities, and subscription renewals in the CRM system, while ensuring the timely tracking of recurring orders and enterprise agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to streamline sales operations for efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist sales representatives to create, update, and manage opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and compliance with sales processes.
Leverage advanced Salesforce.com skills to manage various opportunity types and customer notifications, optimizing the use of CRM tools.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date data in Salesforce, adhering to company standards and best practices.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues proactively, offering solutions to prevent recurring challenges.
Ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues/concerns and troubleshoot problems

Qualifications Expected for Position
- Proficient in key business tools and systems, including Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in Opportunity Management.
- Previous experience in data entry and processing. Exceptional attention to details needed.
- Previous experience working with large volumes of data. Organization, management and prioritization skills needed.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive improvements without direct supervision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on sales operations or CRM management.
- Ability to fully communicate in English, both verbally and written, in a live environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization
- A continuous learner, adaptable to changing environments and open to feedback
