Summary of Position
The Sr Director, Human Resources Business Partner will strategically partner with the leaders of their respective business to develop and drive a human capital strategy that prepares the workforce for high performance and best supports the strategic objectives of the business. The HRBP leader will diagnose and solve barriers to organizational effectiveness and high performance, encourage proactive steps to promote employee engagement, shape and lead the implementation of DE&I strategy. In partnership with the Executive Team and Sr Leaders, they will work with abstract concepts and broad ideas, shaping them into human capital strategies that help grow the business and that are aligned to the global corporate culture and HR strategies. Negotiating critical employee relation matters will be within this Sr. Director’s scope as well.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop strategy, lead transformation, provide management and development of the business through leading a people agenda that is aligned to the company and their respective business area’s needs and objectives.
Champion, lead and drive a continuous improvement culture that enables sustainable, profitable business growth.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure that recruitment and onboarding processes are aligned with best practices to attract talent in the most competitive markets.
Partner across the various COE’s and the People Leadership Team to lead change management and drive organizational communications to support the initiatives.
Contribute to and partner with center-of-excellence team members in M&A workstreams and integration efforts.
Engage with Corporate Compensation, Operations and Finance to develop creative plans that incent behaviors aligned with corporate goals; ensure all compensation strategies are market competitive, pay for performance, and in-line with company principles.
Develop and drive an integrated, high-performance culture, aligned with and rooted in the Company’s values.
Ensure compliance with Teladoc Heath policies and people practices across all business units.
Influence leaders and HR team while providing guidance through complex employee relation issues and creatively assists leadership to develop plans for solutions.
Lead, develop and coach the HR team to be best-in-class business partners.
Lead enterprise-wide, HR driven projects as assigned.
Requires some travel to other locations.

Required Qualifications
10+ years working in HR inclusive of generalist experience and at least 5+ years in leadership/people management positions.
Strong track record of managing senior-level key stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development/Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology or related field.
Strong business acumen and passion with an ability to understand company finances, resources and the aim of the business is critical.
Proven credentials of driving cultural and behavioral changes in a multinational organization with diverse talent and cultures.
Experience in prior enterprise integrations and acquisitions.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Exceptional communication skills (listening, verbal, written)
Ability to influence and drive strategy with all levels in the organization.
Consistently demonstrate a positive approach, Lead as a team-player, demonstrate professionalism and inspire trust.
Experience leading a virtual team.
Ability to handle a busy workload, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong analytical capability
Track record of driving improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Previous experience working in Healthcare or High Tech
The base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2025. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
