Summary of Position
We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated HR Specialist/Generalist to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be a driving force behind our new technology hub, overseeing daily office operations and providing exceptional HR support. Collaborating closely with employees, management, and external partners, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our local HR processes and cultivating a vibrant and positive work culture. Your proficiency in English will enable you to connect with a diverse global team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, Polish labor regulations, and internal company policies, providing guidance to employees and management.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and certifications.
Partner with the global People Operations team to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Support payroll processes in collaboration with the payroll agency and assist with monthly payroll tasks.
Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, vacation tracking, and wellness initiatives.
Lead local new employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Support HR projects to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Conduct dedicated HR projects, focusing on process improvements and alignment with best practices.
Stay informed on employment laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
Support foreign employees in obtaining employer documents required for work permit.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position
3+ years of proven experience in a HR Associate role.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with Polish labor laws and regulation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Proficient in English and Polish, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a global team environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required and HR Systems (Workday) desired.
