Summary of Position

The Director of CCM Growth Marketing will lead our growth marketing initiatives for Teladoc Health's Chronic Conditions Management (CCM) portfolio, encompassing diabetes, prediabetes, weight management, and hypertension programs. You will be responsible for shaping the acquisition strategy for a pivotal business, building and scaling the strategy across proprietary channels and driving innovation in healthcare marketing. In addition, you will lead a talented team of seven marketers and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, data science, creative, product, finance and operations teams to achieve our ambitious growth objectives.

***This is a hybrid role, expectation is 1-2 days in NY office.***

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own growth strategy and execution to achieve enrollment and revenue targets across direct mail, email, digital, and phone channels
  • Lead end-to-end campaign development, from audience segmentation to creative testing and performance optimization
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while fostering cross-functional partnerships
  • Develop innovative acquisition approaches through rigorous testing and analytics
  • Drive personalization initiatives using advanced segmentation and propensity modeling
  • Optimize significant marketing investments to maximize ROI and scale efficient growth
  • Regularly report out on program performance, including the key drivers for under/over performance
  • Partner with product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and journey optimization
  • The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 8+ years of growth marketing experience with proven success scaling customer acquisition
  • Deep expertise in direct response marketing across digital and traditional channels
  • Strong track record building and leading high-performing teams
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
  • Experience managing large marketing budgets and driving ROI optimization
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Strategic mindset with ability to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable plans
  • Excellence in experimental design and multivariate testing methodologies
  • Strong creative instincts and understanding of direct response principles
  • Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Track record of driving results in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments

The base salary range for this position is $170,000- $185,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
