Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Cyber Resiliency Program Manager to lead our cyber resiliency initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and stakeholder management. This role ensures the protection of the Teladoc’s data and IT Infrastructure in the event of a disaster or ransomware attack. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also dive into the tactical details to ensure quality and effectiveness in implementing and testing our cyber resiliency strategies.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments.

  • Understand stakeholders' concerns, requirements, and issues related to cyber resiliency.

  • Communicate effectively to align cyber resiliency goals with business objectives.

Disaster Recovery Strategy Development:

  • Develop a comprehensive disaster recovery strategy that aligns with the organization's overall cybersecurity and business continuity plans.

  • Ensure the strategy addresses current and emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements.

  • Integrate disaster recovery planning with other IT and business processes.

Team Management and Quality Control:

  • Lead and manage a small team of senior engineering consultants responsible for implementing the disaster recovery strategy.

  • Provide tactical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality execution of tasks and projects.

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Implementation and Testing:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of disaster recovery plans and procedures.

  • Coordinate and conduct regular testing of the disaster recovery plans to ensure effectiveness.

  • Analyze test results, identify gaps, and work with the team to address any issues.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in cyber resiliency and disaster recovery.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the organization’s cyber resiliency posture.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team and organization.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of disaster recovery plans, procedures, and testing outcomes.

  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on the status, effectiveness, and improvements of the cyber resiliency program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, or related fields.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

  • Strong track record of developing and implementing disaster recovery strategies.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, disaster recovery best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar are highly desirable.

The base salary range for this position is $185,000 - $220,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
