Summary of Position

Teladoc Health is pleased to assign you the new role of Director, Strategic Partnerships and will be responsible for identifying and negotiating new commercial partnerships, efficiently operationalizing the partnerships, and maximizing sales opportunities with our partners within North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day to day operational support for channel referral/reseller partners.

  • Establish/identify partner priorities to develop business strategies along with a strategic plan

  • Develop operating calendar, detailed partner plan, /forecast and account planning/ mapping process for review with the sales team and executive leadership.

  • Develops programs and promotions to drive volume through the channel and deliver on our growth goals

  • Works closely with marketing to develop sates tools and collateral specific for our channel referral/reseller partners and their needs

  • Serves as the operational point of contact for Legal/Supply Chain/Logistics/Care and other internal support organizations

  • Aggregates all reporting and makes recommendations based on fact-based analysis

  • Serves as liaison between Teladoc Health field sales force and channel sales partners

  • Synthesizes and provides competitive intel received through our channel partners

  • Anticipates client needs, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short- and long-term solutions

  • Anticipates internal/external business issues and developments in own discipline; uses knowledge to focus work and drive improvements

  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer's needs, market trends, industry challenges. Major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologies

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • Typically, 5+ years relevant experience in benefit consulting, marketing, and/or channel operations

  • Works independently & takes initiative.

  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills, in small and large group settings, both in person and by Teams and over conference calls

  • Strong project and account management skills

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with highly talented sales professionals

  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

  • Bachelor’s Degree

The base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $150,000.00. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
