We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The candidate will play a crucial role in two projects, assuming both lead developer and developer responsibilities. They will be responsible for overseeing pull requests, making significant technical decisions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality backend solutions. The projects involve collaborating with development teams from two external provider companies, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Collaborate and supervise external provider's development team to align on technical strategies, code quality, and best practices, review pull requests to provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to project goals.

-Make technical proposals for backend architecture, design, and implementation.

-Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

-Drive discussions and decisions considering long-term scalability and maintainability.

-Act as technical references for assigned platforms while being an individual code contributor on a part time (solve critical issues or development product enhancements).

Skill Requirements/Preferences

-You have at least 2 years of experience on any Cloud (Azure/AWS/Google).

-You have at least 5 years as a Backend developer.

-Good software practices: SOLID, Clean Code, KISS, YAGNI, DRY.

-Experience with a typed object-oriented programming language.

-Familiar with Testing (Unit, integration, E2E).

-Familiar with CI/CD environment (git & pipelines).

-Domain Driven Design (DDD).

-English communication skills.

Education Requirements

-Technical / Higher Engineering / Master, related to IT technologies.
