FULFILLMENT CENTER MANAGER

Role Summary

The Fulfillment Center Manager (FCM) is a seasoned operations professional with expertise in both fulfillment (distribution) and transportation. This role provides full oversight of one of our Fulfillment Centers and is accountable for leading 30–50 team members, including multiple layers of management. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role is integral to developing processes across our distribution network and ensuring day-to-day excellence in operational execution. The salary range for this role is $90,000-$115,000.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in leadership or management

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

  • Prior experience with full P&L responsibility

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • High-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods

  • Safety-conscious and committed to operational excellence

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all fulfillment center operations, overseeing a team of 30-50 across various roles

  • Manage staffing, hiring, training, and development, especially around peak seasons

  • Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, and overall P&L performance

  • Ensure fulfillment center safety, efficiency, and adherence to process standards

  • Maintain high-quality production standards and collaborate with transportation partners

  • Build a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendor partners

  • Champion operational strategies aligned with company growth goals

  • Travel occasionally as needed to support multi-site initiatives
