We are looking for a dependable and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will handle a wide range of HVAC service tasks including maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs across residential, commercial, and light industrial environments.

What You'll Do:

• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment
• Install HVAC components, parts, and systems as needed
• Complete service calls across residential, commercial, and light industrial sites
• Deliver excellent customer service during all interactions
• Identify and complete additional work needed to resolve service issues
• Maintain inventory and organization of company service vehicle
• Drive to multiple job sites daily
• Schedule and maintain service vehicle upkeep
• Assist team members with troubleshooting when needed
• Complete warranty documentation and required service reports
• Attend service and safety meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

You Should Have:

• 2–3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High attention to detail and task completion
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to pass an MVR check (company vehicle provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb ladders and access attics/roof spaces
• Lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally, and more with assistance
