What You'll Do
- Respond, as directed, promptly and professionally to work order requests.
- Perform intermediate to advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of all plumbing components, including water heaters
- Perform other miscellaneous preventive maintenance and minor home repairs as assigned. These could include, but not limited to, electrical, appliances, pool equipment, carpentry, and drywall
- Ensure work is performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, homeowners and others.
- Assist with scheduling, overseeing, and communicating as necessary to complete work orders.
- Identify/complete any/all additional tasks required to complete the service call in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of stocked tools and parts in service vehicle.
- Attend service and safety meetings.
- Responsible for scheduling routine maintenance and repairs of assigned company service vehicle, as well as keeping a clean and well-organized exterior/interior.
- Maintain a professional appearance with clean uniform and being well-groomed.
- Assist other Service Technicians with questions and troubleshooting.
- Cross training and assisting other company departments.
- Complete required training courses.
- Complete the forms required for processing warranty parts.
- Travel requirements: this position is based 100% in the field.
- Must comply with all safety regulations and policies, including the use of a back brace, safety goggles, and gloves when appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of previous plumbing experience at a licensed plumbing company
- Possess a valid state Driver’s License.
- Must pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicle.
- Effective use of mobile devices including cellphones, tablets and credit card payment devices.
- Current OSHA 10 Hour certification or passing OSHA 10 Hour safety course facilitated by the company during orientation.
