The new combined national footprint will serve more than 250,000 properties, facilitate approximately 2.5 million repair and maintenance orders, and complete nearly 20,000 renovation and turn projects per year. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be responsible for performing financial analysis and strategic planning to be used by senior leadership for decision making purposes. This role will also be conversant in financial system platforms and data analytics.
What you'll do:
- Provide financial analysis and modeling to assist in decision-making
- Successfully interact across the organization to prepare and analyze Key Performance Indicators, present analyses to senior management
- Ad hoc projects at both the corporate and division level
- Key part of P&L and cash flow reporting and forecasting
- Identify opportunities and support initiatives to facilitate delivery of company financial targets
- Become the systems expert within the Finance team, working cross-functionally with other divisions to ensure data synchronization across all platforms
- Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools, forecasting software) to ensure data integrity and accuracy
You Should Have:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 3 year(s) experience in FP&A
- Ability to synthesize large data sets to drive comprehensible outputs for non-finance professionals
- Intellectual curiosity and mental agility
- Robust quantitative skills
- Strong problem solving ability
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to dig deep, summarize and communicate complex information in a straightforward manner
- Solid communication skills: ability to partner across various Lessen functions
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel
- Plus: BI, NetSuite, CPM
