About the Job

We’re looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to build and lead the commercial engine behind one of the most ambitious fintechs in the Middle East.

This is a mission-critical role. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance - owning the infrastructure, processes, and insights that drive revenue across Lean’s business in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. From forecasting and funnel design to automation and systems architecture, you’ll be the force that turns GTM chaos into clarity and scale.

You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment: Lean has just raised its Series B, launched new product lines, and is entering the next phase of growth. We need someone who can build the foundations of a world-class RevOps function while immediately delivering impact across the commercial org.

If you’re a strategic operator who wants to design how revenue gets built in a hypergrowth fintech — this is your seat at the table.

About Lean

Lean enables companies to seamlessly connect to their users’ bank accounts to initiate real-time payments and retrieve their account information. Our products have garnered the trust of leading companies and enabled them to deliver powerful experiences when connected with a user’s bank account, allowing users to perform prudent financial planning, get better rates on loans, transfer money to friends, and more, without compromising on privacy or security.

Backed by top-tier global investors including General Catalyst, Sequoia and Shorooq, and having recently raised $67.5M in Series B funding, we’re building the rails for Open Finance in MENA. We’re trusted by 250+ clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia — including the likes of Binance, Etisalat Group, Careem, Sarwa, and many more - making it the region’s most valuable Open Banking platform.

Joining Lean means working on impactful problems, shaping the future of finance in the region, and being part of a fast-growing team that’s setting the standard for open banking in MENA.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial planning and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy across pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

  • Design, optimize, and scale revenue workflows from lead generation to deal closure and expansion.

  • Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into GTM performance.

  • Drive operational efficiency through automation, using tools like Make, Zapier, and AI-driven workflows.

  • Own our HubSpot CRM, ensuring it’s configured to meet the needs of our sales, marketing, and support teams.

  • Maintain integrations between HubSpot and our broader tech stack (e.g., Apollo, Jira, Slack, Google Sheets).

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product to streamline processes, improve handoffs, and align goals.

  • Deliver sales enablement and training resources to boost GTM productivity and effectiveness.

  • Establish strong data hygiene practices, governance, and documentation standards.

  • Build and manage a high-performing RevOps team as the function scales. You will be managing a team of 2 people from the start.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 7–10+ years in Revenue, Sales, or Commercial Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech. Experience operating in a scale-up environment is a must.

  • Automation First: Comfortable using AI and no-code tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, ChatGPT) to remove manual effort and accelerate execution.

  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with deep experience in forecasting, funnel metrics, performance reporting, and commercial insights.

  • Process Thinker: Proven ability to identify friction in the GTM engine and design systems that scale across multiple markets.

  • HubSpot Expert: You’ve managed and optimized HubSpot at scale and understand how to structure it for growth.

  • Strategic Operator: Able to connect the dots between business strategy and operational execution. Comfortable presenting to execs and aligning stakeholders.

  • Builder Mentality: Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building from scratch. You’re proactive, scrappy, and resourceful.

NB. While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply!!

Why Join us?

Lean is the first regulated open banking and open finance company operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Since 2019 we've been on a mission to become the pre-eminent A2A payments company in the Middle East - enabling our clients to seamlessly connect to their users’ bank accounts to initiate real-time payments and retrieve account information. Our products have garnered the trust of some of the leading companies in the region, including the likes of Etisalat Group, Careem, Binance, Tabby, Tamara, Tawuniya, and more.

To date, Lean has processed billions of dollars, and our products have connected with hundreds of thousands of accounts across the region. We've recently announced our $67.5 million Series B funding round led by General Catalyst, following earlier investment from Sequoia Capital. This funding marks a major milestone for Lean and the financial ecosystem across the MENA region. At Lean, we’re committed to driving the next generation of financial innovation by making financial data and payments more accessible and transparent for businesses and consumers alike.

To that end, we're always on the lookout for talented, driven, and entrepreneurial candidates to join us in our mission of enabling the next generation of financial innovation. If you're motivated by solving hard problems and leaving a lasting legacy while you're at it, Lean's where you need to be.

Not only do we offer competitive salaries, private healthcare, and flexible office hours, but we also insist that every member of the team hold a meaningful equity stake in the business to ensure long-term alignment. We'd love you to join us for this journey!
