About the Job
As an IT Engineer in our Dubai office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients businesses by providing technical assistance to employees and resolving any issues that may arise. Your responsibilities range from setting up and troubleshooting hardware and software to managing networks and ensuring cybersecurity. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring the continuity of our clients operations.

Responsibilities
Provide technical, hardware and software support to all members of the business globally.
Management of internal office infrastructure (networking, security, videoconferencing, etc).
Ownership of employee lifecycle (onboarding, off-boarding) globally.
Manage MDM, Google Workspace and other core services.
Produce regular service quality reports and ensure service levels are met.
Continuously identify, design and implement opportunities for process improvement.
Maintenance of the IT inventory (both hardware and software).
IT guidance & consultancy for various parts of the business.

Ensuring the organization works within data protection guidelines and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
A service-driven approach to IT operations and a desire to progress and learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and troubleshooting MacOS.
Experience with cloud directories, such as Google Workspace .
Proven track record supporting a macOS fleet via MDM (Jumpcloud, JAMF, Addigy, etc).
Experience administering & supporting JIRA + Jira Service Desk.
Hands-on networking experience - direct experience managing/supporting Ubiquiti is a plus.
Experience with Slack, Notion and Trelica are a plus.
Experience with Data Loss Prevention, external SOC are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal English - Arabic is a plus.
Desired Qualifications
5+ years in an IT support role, 2+ years spent in a Senior capacity.
Knowledge of ITIL principles and service management.
Degree or certificate in IT related field or subject is a plus.
