About the Role
We’re looking for a growth-oriented Product Manager to unlock the next stage of adoption and revenue growth for Lean’s Verification APIs across KSA and UAE.
As the region rapidly continues to digitize, you’ll partner closely with enterprise clients and their regulators to understand their evolving verification and compliance needs, identifying gaps and turning them into new services and use cases that move the market forward. This role blends client discovery, data-driven experimentation, and commercial strategy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to scale adoption and deliver measurable business impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Engage directly with clients to uncover emerging compliance and onboarding challenges, shaping new verification use cases and market offerings.
Own the roadmap for onboarding and KYC use cases across the Verification & KYC team.
Translate local regulatory requirements into actionable product and technical specs.
Optimize client onboarding through self-serve flows, better developer tools, and API improvements.
Lead commercial integrations with verification partners across banks, government institutions, third parties and corporate data providers.
Expand KYC coverage across new customer segments, including freelancers, corporates, and SMEs.
Drive product adoption and usage growth with existing and new clients in the region.
Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and CS to deliver compliant and scalable solutions.
-
Ensure Lean remains the trusted KYC infrastructure provider for the region’s leading fintechs and banks.
Who You Are
Client-first mindset - curious and proactive in uncovering client pain points and translating them into scalable solutions.
Commercially minded - excited by the challenge of aligning client needs with Lean’s growth goals.
Bias for impact - comfortable experimenting and iterating to find what drives adoption.
Revenue-Oriented: You’ve worked in roles where product decisions impact adoption, partnerships, or commercial outcomes.
Business Development Mindset - You're comfortable initiating commercial conversations and building technical partnerships.
Adaptable & Self-Driven - You pick up new domains quickly and can independently define problems and solutions.
Tenacious and collaborative - persistent in solving hard problems while building trust with clients and internal teams.
-
Arabic Speaker - You can navigate local relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across KSA and the wider MENA region.
What would make you stand out
Experience in KYC/AML or verification products within fintech or compliance-heavy industries.
Familiarity with enterprise GTM motions - experience partnering with Sales/CS to shape adoption strategies.
-
Technical curiosity - able to get hands-on with APIs and discuss design trade-offs credibly with engineers.
What You’ll Bring
2-5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech, banking, identity verification, or APIs.
Strong understanding of KYC/AML flows and the compliance landscape in Saudi Arabia and/or the wider GCC.
Experience working with third-party vendors or building products involving external integrations.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
NB. While we think the above experience could be important, we’re keen to hear from people that believe they have valuable experience to bring to the role. If you identify with the team and mission, but not all of our requirements, then please still apply!!
