Major Account Manager – MSSP

Fortinet is a global cybersecurity leader with over two decades of innovation, securing people, devices, and data across the world.

We are seeking a Major Account Manager to drive growth across our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) customer base.

This is a role focused on selling directly into MSSPs and Service Providers. You will be responsible for developing and expanding strategic relationships with MSSP organisations, driving adoption of Fortinet’s cybersecurity portfolio, and growing revenue across both existing and new business opportunities.

You will work with a mix of established national MSSPs and high-growth service providers, owning the commercial relationship and driving long-term account development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their experience in strategic MSSP sales within a global cybersecurity vendor environment.

Regular travel is expected to meet customers and strengthen executive and operational relationships.

As a Major Account Manager – MSSP, you will:

  • Drive direct sales engagements into MSSP and Service Provider customers across the region
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow Fortinet’s footprint within MSSP organisations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders within customer accounts
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing MSSP environments to expand solution adoption
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and customer stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support proposals, pricing, solution design, and deal execution
  • Negotiate commercial agreements that support long-term revenue growth
  • Maintain an active pipeline of MSSP opportunities and deliver accurate forecasting
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings across France to strengthen relationships and accelerate business outcomes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to MSSP customers on cybersecurity strategy and technology adoption

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a commercially driven and energetic sales professional with experience selling cybersecurity or networking solutions into MSSPs, Service Providers, or similar large-scale organisations.

This role is designed for someone who is ready to step into or further develop their career in strategic MSSP sales within a leading cybersecurity vendor.

You are encouraged to apply if you have:

  • Approximately 5-8 years of experience in vendor-side sales, account management, or solution sales roles
  • Experience working for cybersecurity, networking, or enterprise IT vendors selling into MSSPs, Service Providers, or large enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of MSSP operating models, managed security services, and recurring revenue dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Experience working with or selling into organisations such as MSSPs, telecom operators, or large outsourcing/service providers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong commercial energy and curiosity
