Manager, Regional Sales – Private Sector (France)
Location: Paris, France

Our mission is to safeguard people, devices and data everywhere. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support the continued expansion of our private sector business across the French market.
The role will lead a team of Regional Account Managers, driving growth across private sector organisations and strengthening Fortinet's presence across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Regional Account Managers
- Build and execute strategic territory plans to expand Fortinet's presence across private sector accounts in France
- Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
- Oversee the creation and delivery of proposals, bids, RFI and RFP responses, and Statements of Work
- Support the team in negotiating commercial terms that drive long-term customer partnerships
- Drive new business development while ensuring strong expansion within existing private sector accounts
- Manage reseller and partner relationships in alignment with Fortinet's channel programmes, ensuring effective enablement and collaboration
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with partners, including MDF strategy, account penetration and profitability targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and ensure consistent execution across the territory
- Collaborate closely with SE teams, consulting teams, marketing, engineering and regional leadership to drive growth
- Travel within the assigned territory as required
Requirements
- Extensive experience selling technology solutions to enterprise or private sector customers
- Proven success managing and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong track record of over-quota achievement and career stability
- Experience closing complex private sector deals
- Background in network security, including one or more of the following: Firewall and VPN, Antivirus, IDS or IDP
- Excellent presentation, communication and executive-engagement skills
- Strong business acumen, leadership capability and the ability to mentor and motivate teams
