Role: EMEA HR Talent Operations Partner

Position Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Description Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Supports Saudi Arabia and the EMEA region

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.

  • Provide comprehensive HR support and administration, including offboarding and payroll-related operations.

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process efficiently through both PEO vendor and direct employment within the Saudi entity, ensuring compliance with local requirements.

  • Follow established hiring, onboarding, and administrative processes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring all steps are completed in a timely manner and deadlines are consistently met.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and candidates to ensure seamless hiring experience and smooth transition into the organization.

  • Enter and audit data accurately in the HR Information System (HRIS).

  • Ensure understanding and communication of compliance and local legal requirements.

  • Document HR actions by completing necessary forms, reports, and records.

  • Manage end-to-end immigration and mobility, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while meeting strict visa application deadlines.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with external vendors, collaborating effectively to ensure adherence to internal procedures, service standards, and agreed timelines.

  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Manage benefits enrollments and assist with related queries.

  • Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team as needed.

  • Contribute to EMEA HR projects.

  • Provide support to other regions as required.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments.

  • Management of government-related portals such as QIWA.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Highly organized with multitasking capabilities; able to manage competing priorities efficiently.

  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced settings.

  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and a wide range of software tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint (experience in Oracle would be advantageous).

  • Thrives in environments with shifting priorities and evolving responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end HR processes simultaneously, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Capable of executing tasks and delivering results within tight deadlines.
