Fortinet (NASDAQ: FTNT) is growing, and we are expanding our Global Partner Services & Support teams. We are looking for an experienced Partner Performance Analyst to analyze partner performance data with the goal of improving operational efficiency and driving overall performance improvements.
As networks and cyber threats evolve rapidly, it is critical to ensure that our customers’ security capabilities stay ahead. The Engage Services programs enable our partners to strengthen customer relationships while expertly deploying, operating, and maintaining security solutions that protect customer investments.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the Fortinet Global Partner Support & Services team, the successful Partner Performance Analyst will conduct data analysis to drive efficiency improvements and enhance overall support and service delivery performance.
In this role, the candidate will create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to monitor and present reliable data, ensuring the success of our programs. The candidate will work closely with the business on ad hoc analyses and deep dives to identify root causes of inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. They will also help identify operational issues, develop scalable solutions, and improve overall efficiency.
As part of the Partner Programs organization, the candidate will also support our partners in creating, selling, and delivering partner-branded technical support and optimization services. The successful candidate will leverage strong partner management, collaboration, and sales skills to encourage partner investment in Fortinet services initiatives. They will work closely with channel teams, direct sales leadership, support and services teams, and program leads to ensure partners are building, selling, and delivering high-quality services as part of their Fortinet solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to monitor program performance and provide reliable, actionable insights.
- Assess partners’ current service capabilities and guide them in further developing and refining their service offerings.
- Collaborate with Training and Customer Support Services (CSS) teams to develop and drive attendance for technical enablement workshops, webinars, and training programs.
- Communicate and promote partner capabilities to sales and channel teams.
- Ensure partners are trained and equipped to market, sell, and deliver service offerings that maximize customer success and adoption of Fortinet solutions.
- Track and report on the volume and quality of support tickets delivered by partners.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend scalable process improvements.
- Work collaboratively with direct sales teams and channel partners to support business objectives.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to support strategic decision-making.
Skills and Attributes
- 8+ years of experience in program management, with a strong technical background and solid understanding of cybersecurity and networking technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with global enterprise and carrier environments.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships and gain cooperation from a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in program management or a similar role.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- PMI, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus.
- Fortinet NSE 1, 2, and 3 certifications are a plus.
- Ability to set personal objectives and remain self-driven and motivated to achieve results
