Sales Administrator

We are looking for a Sales Administrator who enjoys working in a collaborative, people‑focused environment and who is motivated to grow their skills within a supportive team. This role plays an important part in helping our sales organisation run smoothly and ensuring our customers and colleagues receive timely, high‑quality support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming enquiries to the sales team with professionalism and timely follow‑up.
  • Prepare renewal and co‑term quotations.
  • Create weekly sales reports in Salesforce to track renewal allocations and deal status.
  • Share weekly report insights with Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and regional/country sales teams.
  • Support data collection for weekly renewal rate forecasting.
  • Partner closely with ISRs across the region to help the team achieve its goals.
  • Prepare clear, visually engaging reports for senior management using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Support price list updates and data analysis.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider channel team as needed.

Requirements

  • Understanding of sales processes, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential and we welcome transferable skills.
  • Strong customer‑service mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with initiative and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good English language skills.

Additional Responsibilities (depending on needs and interest)

  • Building & Facilities: Coordinating with employees, suppliers, and building management; managing quotes, purchase requests, and follow‑up on work.
  • Events & Meetings: Supporting internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, logistics, and travel arrangements.
  • General Administration: Managing office supplies, reception/phone duties, and business card orders.
