Skills & Qualifications
- Outbound sales calling experience
- Experience managing customer relationships and leveraging those relationships to expand business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus
- Hands on experience with Salesforce.com
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or relevant field
- A technical background in computer science or engineering a plus
Job Duties and responsibilities
- Drive revenue in installed base accounts from the SMB segment.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel.
- Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
- Manage the full sales-cycle, work closely with partners and distributors.
- SMB forecasting and account/opportunity management in Salesforce.com.
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop / Execute account plans for top accounts in the assigned territory.
- Complete weekly reports with the activities done, including forecasting. Keep Salesforce updated with opportunities and forecasting in order to provide visibility of the territory.
As an Inside Sales Rep you will be assigned to a specific geographic area in Latin America, in this case Brazil. It´s primary role is to sell Fortinet solutions while expanding the business in existing accounts. The primary focus is to generate pipeline through cross-sell and up-sell deals in accounts from the SMB segment installed base, and interact with the Field Sales Team, partners and distributors to identify, develop, accelerate and close the business opportunities.
